• Where is RCS located?
(6350 Courtside Drive, Norcross, GA 30092)

• Are there parking lots and how much is parking?
(Yes. Premium on sight parking is available for 600 cars, just steps away from the venue entrance. And there is offsite parking available less than 1 mile from RCS for 800 cars, with free “park and ride” shuttle service to the venue. Parking fees TBA.)

• Where should I purchase tickets?
(Ticketmaster. Or at the RCS box office during business hours)

• Does a child need a ticket?
(Yes. Everyone needs a ticket to enter, regardless of age.)

• What if I buy a ticket and cannot attend or lose my ticket?
(There are no refunds or exchanges. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.)

• Are there concessions on site?
(Yes. Hot and cold fold items, full service bar, etc.)

• May I bring food and beverage?

(Only concert goers who purchase table seating will be permitted to enter with outside food and drink.)

• May I smoke in the venue?
(There is a specific designated smoking area at the venue. However, in the general concert area, smoking will not be permitted.)

• What if it rains?
(All concerts take place Rain or Shine. While we suggest raincoats or ponchos, small umbrellas will be permitted for some shows.)

• What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
(Refunds for cancelled or postponed concerts will be available at the original point of purchase only.)

• Are there handicap accessible seats?
(Yes.)

• What time do the doors open?
(6:30pm)
